| Permanent Residency : Must be a permanent resident of Bihar. Caste Eligibility : Belong to Backward Class (BC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), Scheduled Caste (SC), or Scheduled Tribe (ST). Income Criteria : The total annual income of the applicant’s parents/guardian, including their own, should not exceed ₹3,00,000. Educational Requirement : Must be pursuing post-admission courses at government or recognized non-government institutions within Bihar.
